  • Timbers work against each other to avoid warping

2: Solid Sapele Lipping

  • Encapsulated with ultra -dense Sapele on 4 sides
  • Provides exceptional moisture barrier
  • Ideal to fix hinges into – prevents dropping door

3: Tricoya Facings

  • Acetylated timbers (acid treated)
  • 100% water resistance throughout
  • Fully encapsulates exposed face
  • No open joints or mitres

4: Microporous Primer/Basecoat/Topcoats

  • micron thickness equivalent to 10 brushed coats
  • hard wearing finish available in 21 colours

5: Aluminium Sub Frame

  • 3mm minimum wall thickness
  • enhances security through strength

6: Sapele Mahogany Hardwood Caps

  • hard-wearing and durable for external use
